Australian Shipping Details

We are proud to be the largest Road motorcycle accessories online retail store in Australia to offer nationwide, free shipping on all orders over $20. There are NO catches, NO fine print, NO surcharges, NO exclusions. Just good old-fashioned FREE freight. We ship everywhere, even if you only see the postman on full moons! We use Australia Post E-parcel for most of our shipping and Startrack Express or Couriers Please, on occasion for bulky items. ROADstore will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders

We use Australia Post eParcel and StarTrack for most deliveries. Once delivered, parcels are the customer’s responsibility. ROADstore is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or pet-destroyed orders.

Delivery Times

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For an estimate, you can use the Australia Post delivery calculator here using Burleigh Heads, 4220 as the dispatch postcode.

Dangerous Goods

Some items, such as oils, lubricants, cleaning products and aerosols, are classified as dangerous goods. These items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order. This doesn’t affect how quickly we dispatch your order, but delivery may take a little longer in some cases.

Sit tight! You’ll still receive full tracking details once your order has been sent.

Dangerous goods cannot be returned or exchanged, and cannot be shipped internationally due to transport regulations.
