We take the risk out of ordering online! If you receive any items that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return to us within 60 days in the condition that you received them and we will happily offer a store credit or refund.

We offer instant, online returns for Australian customers!

Quick check first - your return needs to be:

 Unworn, unused, unwashed

-Tags + original packaging still attached

- No marks, scratches, dirt or damage

- Hard parts not fitted & retail packaging in good condition (no tape or labels stuck on it)

If it doesn’t tick these boxes, there’s a good chance it’ll be sent back and no one wants that.

All returns MUST be authorised by ROADstore before goods are returned. Please call or email one of our helpful staff and they will give you a return number before sending your order back to us.
